Prudential Solutions Real Estate Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Brokerage Network

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today announced that Prudential Solutions Real Estate has joined the network and is operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Solutions Real Estate.

The brokerage is the first in Arkansas to affiliate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a brand that now counts more than 32,000 agents and 1,011 offices in 47 states since its launch a year ago.

Broker/Owner Scott Waymire said the brand will help Solutions Real Estate grow and recruit. The brokerage wants to expand into neighboring Bella Vista and is always looking for top agents, Waymire added. Solutions Real Estate commemorated its transition yesterday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its Bentonville headquarters. HSF Affiliates CEO Earl Lee participated in the event as did members of local chambers of commerce and other officials. In addition, the brokerage will mark its transition today at its headquarters with an Open House celebration and barbeque for agents, constituents and local officials.

Lee welcomed the brokerage to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. "Solutions Real Estate sets high standards for local-market expertise and customer care," he said. "We're proud this fine company represents our network in Arkansas."
