Schwab upgrades StreetSmart Edge Trading Platform
Charles Schwab has introduced a suite of enhancements to its StreetSmart Edge trading platform to provide active traders with flexible order entry capabilities and new market monitoring features.
The StreetSmart Edge flagship platform tools are integrated into the workflow to assist the clients in identifying new trading opportunities and efficiently execute their trading strategies.
The flexible order entry capabilities enable the traders to directly edit orders from charts without navigating to the trading or order status screens.
Traders can identify possible trading opportunities with sophisticated stock selection tool, Screener Plus in the suit by filtering stocks based on a range of fundamental and technical criteria.
The enhanced capabilities also include Momentum Tool for Enriched market monitoring, providing unique, graphical view of potential momentum shifts of customized list of securities for the traders.
The suit enables the clients to access the Schwab's ETF Screener to search from a variety of issuers within StreetSmart Edge on a range of criteria, including exposure to various markets, industries, sectors, and asset indexes.
The platform upgrade is also compatible with the Apple iPad enabling the clients to access charting features, tools and other trading features with their iPad.
